Arts & Crafts sterling silver teapot by Liberty & Co, superbly stylish with a hand hammered finish, the domed upper part with chased decoration, pellets and engraved borders, on a raised foot. Fruitwood handle and finial. In excellent antique condition with no damage and minimal wear. Some file marks on the silver section of handle, this is where the handle has been re-seated to stop its moving, and it’s beautifully firm. |

DESCRIZIONE IN ITALIANO
Teiera in argento sterling in stile Arts & Crafts realizzata a Birmingham nel 1927 da Liberty & Company. Pezzo molto elegante, rifinito con martellatura manuale. La parte superiore bombata è decorata con motivi incisi. Poggia su un piedistallo rialzato. Manico e pinnacolo sono in legno di frutto.
Ottime condizioni, senza difetti visibili e segni di usura. Sono visibili alcuni graffi sulla sezione in argento del manico, dove questo è stato riaffrancato.
